Never.99% of my stuff is international from here, I'm UK based. US is my number one market by far.I sell seeds other places besides here, and I only sell seeds.I've had a few customs interceptions with orders forwarded with love letters and sealed with green tape. Maybe 2 or 3 a year. With the exception of customs interceptions, I've never had a customer claim non-receipt.The difference I think is that I often have 2 or 3 exchanges with my clients before they purchase. I can't imagine someone I've spent time helping to narrow down what strain they want to help with nausea they suffer during the day, is then going to turn around and try and rip me off for the value of a pack of seeds. It's for that reason that I really don't put any credence in both parties from all these stories of non-arrivals. If a package didn't arrive, and there's no seizure letter, then either:a) It was never sent, and the vendor is lying.ORb) It was received and the customer is lying, or his roommate or mother intercepted it.There is no reason for properly addressed mail to not reach its' destination, period.
